By accessing or using Stampello, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Description of Service

Stampello is a digital loyalty stamp card platform that helps businesses create and manage stamp-based reward programs for their customers. Customers collect stamps and redeem rewards through the platform.

User Accounts

Stampello offers two types of accounts:

• Customer accounts — for collecting stamps and redeeming rewards at participating businesses.
• Merchant accounts — for creating and managing stamp cards and issuing stamps to customers.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Merchant Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
• Honor rewards as described on your stamp cards.
• Ensure your reward programs comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the platform to engage in misleading or deceptive practices.

Customer Responsibilities

• Maintain only one account per person.
• Not attempt to fraudulently earn stamps or redeem rewards.
• Not abuse, exploit, or manipulate the stamp collection system.
• Use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms.

Stamp Cards & Rewards

Stamp cards and their associated rewards are created and managed by individual merchants. Stampello acts as the platform provider and is not the issuer of any rewards. The terms, conditions, and availability of rewards are determined solely by the merchant. Stampello does not guarantee the availability or fulfillment of any specific reward.

Intellectual Property

The Stampello name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform, such as business logos and descriptions. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it within the platform as needed to provide the service.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without authorization.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.

Limitation of Liability

Stampello is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stampello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activity that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Stampello after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
