Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stampello, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Description of Service

Stampello is a digital loyalty stamp card platform that helps businesses create and manage stamp-based reward programs for their customers. Customers collect stamps and redeem rewards through the platform.

Beta, Pricing & the Founding Offer

Stampello is in beta. During the beta, every feature is free for every business. Pro's price is on our pricing page. Prices on our site don't include taxes. If any apply, we'll show them before you pay.

When paid plans start, we will email every business well before it happens. Businesses that don't choose Pro move to the Free plan: 1 stamp card, up to 50 customers, and no new Apple Wallet or Google Wallet passes. Whenever a business moves to the Free plan, the cards, customers, colours, logo and Wallet passes it already has keep working; the Free plan's limits only apply to what it adds after that.

Founding offer. The first 30 businesses set up on Stampello are founding businesses. They are counted in the order they finish setting up their business, and a place is taken at that moment: if a founding business later closes its account, its place is not passed on to anyone else.

  • A founding business gets the Pro plan free for 12 months. The 12 months start on the day paid plans start, or on the day the business finishes setting up, whichever is later. It gets whatever Pro includes at the time.
  • We will email the business at least 30 days before its free year ends. It can then choose Pro at the regular price, or move to the Free plan under the rules above.
  • The offer belongs to that business's account. It can't be transferred or sold.
  • It ends if the account is deleted, or closed under “Termination” below.
  • Changes to these terms won't take away a founding business's free year or shorten it, whether or not it has started.

User Accounts

Customers can collect stamps without an account. The card is kept on their phone, and they can save it to a free customer account. Businesses use a merchant account to create and manage cards.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Merchant Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
  • Only upload a logo you own or have permission to use.
  • Honour rewards as described on your stamp cards.
  • Ensure your reward programs comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not use the platform to engage in misleading or deceptive practices.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Maintain only one account per person.
  • Not attempt to fraudulently earn stamps or redeem rewards.
  • Not abuse, exploit, or manipulate the stamp collection system.
  • Use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms.

Stamp Cards & Rewards

Stamp cards and their associated rewards are created and managed by individual merchants. Stampello acts as the platform provider and is not the issuer of any rewards. The terms, conditions, and availability of rewards are determined solely by the merchant. Stampello does not guarantee the availability or fulfilment of any specific reward.

Intellectual Property

The Stampello name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform, such as your business name, description and logo. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to display it on the platform, on printable posters and on Wallet passes, as needed to provide the service.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without authorisation.
  • Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.

Limitation of Liability

Stampello is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stampello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activity that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing contact@stampello.app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Stampello after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
